Improving Audio Quality
January 3, 2008 by JTV Staff

In order to get the highest quality audio you must use either the “Good,” encoding option utilizing Sorenson, or use Flash Media Encoder 2 and select mp3 as the audio codec.

Im trying to get better audio quality during my streams as well. Im doing a live DJ show, and don’t care about the video as much. Is it better to use IE for streaming, or does firefox handles your addons just as well?

you have an icon saying audio problems? we can help! and then you give absolutely no advice other than to install a codec without any instructions on the drawn out process involved in installing, and no help as to any way to know if it is working. i have garbled audio still and have tried everything to no avail. i have an exceptional computer and a good broadband connection maybe devote some time to a tutorial.

Friends, i have solved a problem with Audio!!! On the computer I have come into the “control panel”, In a category a “sound, speech and audio the device”. There I have chosen configurations of audio of my sound card. On the panel audio input I have included a sound of a stereo of a mixer. After that all has earned… Good luck.
